 Very pleasant front desk staff. A great hotel for those of us who smoke! The hotel is centrally located in the heart of old Berne, and one should expect some street noise at night, as with any older central city hotel in Europe. I would definitely return to this hotel. - 04-May-2008 The location is excellent but the hotel is not staffed after 2100h. Only one key is available per room which makes it hard for two people to go out separately after 2100h as you can't get into the hotel without the key. Sanitary facilities adequate but aged. Kreuz Hotel opposite is better.- 05-Sep-2006 The location of the hotel is right in the middle of the city, within walking distance to the station and most of the must-see sites, and is very convenient.
