 An excellent mid-range choice. Particularly enjoyed the breakfasts and the pool! I stayed on the 5th floor and certainly was not troubled by any noise from the club/bar on the 3rd - as would seem to have been the case with some other reviewers- -maybe they are light sleepers or people do not paryt on Sunday and Monday evenings - the 2 nights of my stay!- 04-Jun-2009 Good all round hotel for a city break! Nice recently refurbished modern rooms, good service, good level of English for foreign tourists. Location in District 1 is excellent, walking distance to bars and restaurants and to market. We booked a private day tour to the tunnells through them and had an excellent guide whose English and knowledge could not be faulted (although I think we paid considerably higher than you could would with one of the many available tour agencies). But cannot complain! Note that HCMC is a busy busy city with alot of traffic....ask for a room facing the back of the hotel....totally silent compared to the hectic outside noise!
