The room was clean but there was only one working lamp and no light in the room. The service at reception was quite poor, we asked to have a taxi called and the front desk told us to go outside and hale one. We would stay at another Metro Hotel but not the one at Sydney Central.- 24-Apr-2008 carpet was worn through to concrete. absolute sleze. female staff on sunday night absolute molls. no room service on sunday nights despite previous assurances room service was available. family weekend in sydney for royal easter show spoiled because of accomadition.- 06-Apr-2008 Great service.- 05-Apr-2008 |
