 Parking 2 blocks away which is a bit of a pain especially if its raining.- 03-Jun-2009 Excellent central location, in the centre of free City Cirle Tram route and walking distance ( all less than 15 mins) to majority of attractions ie theatre precinct, Southbank, Queen Victoria Markets, Old Melbourne Gaol, Museums, DFO etc. Shopping galore literally outside the door including great places to eat. Located in laneway so traffic / noise not an issue but not a good view (overlooked back of an old building). Staff very helpful and breakfast great.
