 We just stayed the one night in one of the junior suites which was very nice and spacious. The staff at the hotel were polite although there was the obligatory overcharging on the bill. At the champagne bar the staff asked us not to add a gratuity as apparently the staff never see this. There is no parking facility at the hotel although they offer a valetting service for £20 per day. There is a help yourself breakfast which was good. The hotel is in an excellent location and has a very airy modern feel to it. Would definitely stay again.- 17-Jun-2009 Friendly approachable staff.
