 A good hotel and location within walking distance of main areas. Breakfast good, too. One major problem though, it was 37 degrees celcius the day we were there and none of the rooms had air conditioning that worked. The room had a small fan that did a good job of circulating the hot air!- 24-Aug-2009 The hotel is walking distance from the train station, but in the opposite direction of most sights. It is within walking distance of the old town, but it is a bit of a hike and too far away if you are not a walker or if you are already worn out from your travels. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lobby area was clean and nice, but rooms were a little worn and not what I expected from a Mercure. We were on a non-smoking floor, which was nice for those in our party that are sensitive to smoke.- 30-May-2009 The staff at this hotel were extremely obliging and went out of their way to assist.
