 We stayed for a total of 6 days in the hotel. There is a need for the hotel to upgrade its room facilities - the carpet is quite old, some of the bathroom tiles are broken, etc. Overall, I give the hotel an average rating.
- 17-Jan-2008 The location is great with the room standard in line with the hotel rating....the room service menu was very limited and needs to be improved.- 25-Jun-2007 Staff were friendly and helpful. I would use it again.
However because I only had the information Mercure Hotel Melbourne when arriving at Melbourne airport I was told there were 6 hotels with Mercure in the name and asked which one I wanted! I was in a quandary as your website did not give me that info when I booked! It is Known as Mercure Spring Hotel locally.- 14-Apr-2007 |
