 We stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions in one week. The first stay was midweek and was a good rate with a reasonable size room. On the second stay it was Saturday night and the rate was much higher with a very small end room. The hotel charged 500 yen for 24 hour internet which we thought was a reasonable rate. The staff were friendly and helpful. - 04-Jun-2008 We arrived at 10am and were hopeful that we could check in early but the staff were fairly dismissive of that idea. We came back at 5pm and were told our room still wasn't ready and were forced to sit in reception for 30 minutes until they could rustle up a clean room. Other than that, the rooms are great & nicely apponted (but fairly small) and the hotel position is really good. - 07-Jan-2008 Everything about the hotel was excellent and we'd highly recommend staying there.
