 This was rated a four star hotel but I wouldn't have classed it that high. The hotel itself was shabby, the service at times was lacking - not enough staff, the dinning room was dear and the restricted in selection (no light dining alternative except room service which was terrible), food was patchy, my meal was cold and no better after a return trip to the kitchen. They didn't respect 'Do not disturb' signs on room doors and did technical repairs on phone, lights and TV while we were in our room- 06-Feb-2007 |
