 very helpful staff from front office to housekeeping concierge etc.organised tours,taxis etc in efficient and happy manner special praise for victor.Staff spoke good english - 28-Sep-2007 I booked this hotel expecting at least the basic facilities of its 4* claim! Nothing. No restaurant, no light snacks from the bar such as sandwiches, not even tea and coffee making facilities in the room! Reception booked me a table at a Hungarian restaurant 10 mins walk away at 10.10pm (I'm female and alone!) and when I got there it was closing.
