 I found that the time between ordering/requesting and fulfillment was too long, and the hotel wasn't full, so they must have been understaffed. Also the cleaning staff left trolleys and rubbish bags in the corridors till late afternoon which was dangerous, unsightly and smelly. Room was spacious, but furnishings and decorations looking tired, bathroom was modern, but bath was too high for a person to climb into.- 29-May-2008 |
