Great location near transport and friendly staff, but noisy rooms made for restless nights.

This hotel is certainly not worth the hype. My room was clearly a downgrade—what happened to the king room I paid for? Also, the safe was broken, requiring multiple calls to finally address. a small courtesy upgrade or gift would have been nice, but I guess personal touch is not in their vocabulary. Disappointing.

I enjoyed the express checkout and the delightful breakfast options, especially the fresh fruit! Just be prepared for the noise levels in the morning—it's quite disruptive. I'd revisit!

My stay was unexpectedly delightful! The staff were incredibly helpful, and breakfast was a feast—well worth it! Despite the slight noise from other guests, the lovely boutique ambiance and spacious room made everything worthwhile. I genuinely appreciated the convenient location, making it easy to explore the city. Can’t wait to return!

Had a good stay but the hot food at breakfast was cold as, and the room cleaning took ages. Staff were super friendly and my bed was comfy as!

The room was super nice, really clean, and looked great! The bar area was a chill spot to hang out. Just a heads up, though, the hot water was iffy. It was only lukewarm when I tried to shower, and it took a bit to fix. Still, the in-room breakfast was awesome!

The premium king room provided exceptional comfort, with a lively location just a short walk from Euston station. Breakfast choices were plentiful, but room cleaning took a bit longer than expected at times.
