Stayed in an executive suite - would have had great views across Hanoi, but for the weather. Accommodation was excellent as was the nightly complimentary snacks and drinks in the executive lounge. Service was very attentive and helpful. Would stay again.- 06-Apr-2008 the hotel is beautiful with great rooms and wonderful breakfasts. the location is not exactly right in the old quarter, more like half an hours walk. We had three nights there, and it fell apart on the last night, as the noise from the band on the 3rd floor was so loud it woke us up (on 8th floor), we complained and they took ages to eventually come back and offer to move our room (at midnight). We did so, but only because we were desparate for sleep. On arriving at new room, we discovered it was a smoking room, and absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke... so if going to Hanoi, I probably wouldn't stay there again...- 15-Jan-2007 Good hotel with excellent and very helpfull staff. Price is somewhat a little bit high. - 16-Oct-2006 |
