The value for money was excellent, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The hotel's location was perfect, with a beautiful beach and tranquil ocean. The staff treated us like family, providing exceptional service throughout our stay.

The location of the resort was perfect, with a stunning pool and beach just steps away. The AC in my room worked perfectly, keeping me cool during my stay. The bed was comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making me feel like a valued guest. The variety of food options was good, although it did become repetitive after a few days. The resort was also centrally located, making it easy to explore both the beach and downtown area. The cleaning service was prompt and kept my room spotless.

While the overall service was great, I did encounter some difficulties. It was time-consuming and challenging to get assistance from the front desk, as they seemed overwhelmed with guests and lacked enough personnel to handle the demand.

Hotel facilities - This hotel had a wide range of amenities, including multiple dining choices, several pools, and an adult-only zone, providing a variety of options for guests to enjoy. Transportation - The hotel provided convenient shuttle services, making it easy to explore the expansive grounds and reach various areas of the hotel quickly. Location to the entertainment center - The hotel's proximity to the entertainment center allowed for easy access to evening entertainment in the main lobby area and in the hacienda named Claudet, just a few minutes away, even outside of the standard working hours.

The beachfront property was stunning! We had an amazing time enjoying the crystal-clear waters and white sandy beaches. Additionally, the Level reservation was worth it for the comfortable beds and exceptional service. we highly recommend this wonderful resort!

The hotel has nice pools and is located close to the beach, where they clean the seaweed every morning. The staff at the hotel are friendly and some speak good English.

We had a great stay at the resort! The workers were pleasant and nice, always welcoming us and cleaning our room everyday. We were impressed with the upgrade to the LEVEL, which provided us with the best experience. Despite some initial issues with our room, Dionnis De La Cruz, a highly professional receptionist, went above and beyond to resolve the situation and ensure we had a comfortable stay. His exceptional service and dedication made a huge difference for us. the staff, especially Dionnis, made our stay enjoyable.

The pool area is well kept with plenty of loungers. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The night activities are entertaining and varied. The staff are helpful and friendly. It's a great place to stay for a relaxing holiday.

Whether you wanted a fancy dinner or a simple snack, you could find it here. The rooms were well-maintained and clean, and we loved the peaceful atmosphere in the garden areas. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for a refreshing swim, with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas available. In addition, we appreciated the live entertainment and leisure/TV room, which added to the luxurious experience.

The main downside was the spa and wellness centre. While the treatments were good, the facilities could have been better maintained.
