 The hotel staff were very helpful in regards to our needs. This completes a great stay.- 30-Apr-2008 The room was rather small given the price. The hotel didn't really seem like a four and a half star establishment; a bit lacking in flair and style. But it was clean and the service was friendly.- 11-Jul-2007 Medina Grand Melbourne lacks a few complimentary services such as free movies, washing powder etc. For a high star rating hotel I would usually expect these frills to be complementary.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, although could not support a late checkout on Sunday morning, and the cleaning staff first knocked on the door at 0945 for a 1000am check out - too early.
