 The hotel is easy to find from Nice station (3 streets away) which takes 5 minutes. It's about a 10 minute walk from the beach. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and speak good english. Reception give you a good street map of Nice so there is no need to buy one. The breakfast is a cold buffet and is more than adequate to set you up for the day. The reception area and breakfast room are well decorated and are clean. The bedroom was small and a little tired but was fine for a Monday to Friday break. Would I go back?
