 You're close to "everything you want to see in Paris", when you stay at this hotel. You can walk, take the metro or buy a 2 (or 5)-days ticket on a boat. The staff at the hotel speak very good English. The room (twin beds) was small, but OK. The shower will not fit a person with some kilos extra, so take a look before you unpack your bags. - 10-Sep-2008 The best about this hotel is the location. Close to a metro stop, and 15-20 min walk to Notre Dame and the boulevard Saint-Germain with many nice restaurants and small shops. If you are tired after a long day, you can head to rue Mouffetard, just a few blocks away. You can also find a supermarket at rue Monge, 2-3 blocks from the hotel. The breakfast is good enough: croissants, bread, ham, cheese, butter, jams, yogourt, coffee/tea and milk. Worth mentioning though is the fact that the rooms are smaller than what you could guess from the hotel website. There are no pictures of the shower at the website, and it's really really narrow. If you are pregnant or have some extra pounds you will find it hard to pass the shower sliding door. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to active young and middle-aged people looking for a good place where to crash in the evening after a whole day outdoors enjoying the city! - 13-Jan-2008 Very nice hotel with a courteous staff.
