 When we arrived the only room available was a standard one...really bad (small, dirty, no ac working) even if we booked a superior room! After some complaint and two hours waiting they provided us a better room (ac not working again). The hotel is in a walking distance from metro stop Rajendra Place (blue line). Another problem was the terrible noise coming from outside and from the guest of the hotel.- 02-Mar-2007 hotel situated about 20 min form delhi city center. nice shuttle from the airport to the hotel + hotel to city center. but in my case No one was there to pick me up at the aiport and I had to wait for 1 hour before I was able to get someone on the phone from the shuttle company to pick me up at the aiport. staff really friendly at the hotel and helpfull. - 14-Jan-2007 |
