 The hotel was of a good standard. We were very impressed with the breakfast buffet - huge selection and good quality. Service was very good all round, we ordered a taxi through reception and the concierge helped us when it did not arrive. The only downside was a very big queue at check out, staff we helpful so this was simply due to the fact that everyone seemed to be checking out at the same time.- 29-Jan-2009 I will stay at this hotel on all future visits to Bristol; the next is planned for 3/4th February- 24-Jan-2007 |
