 We found the hotel to be excellent in every way, the reception staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The restaurant was a lovely room overlooking the harbour and the breakfast was wonderful.
There was a little traffice noise but not enough to be a problem and only to be expected in the middle of a very busy city, and it was so convenient for the bus station
I would certainly stay there again and would highly recommend it.- 09-May-2009 I had a clean room that smelt of suffocating cigarette smoke throughout my 2 nights stay. Should have asked for a room change. Also, got a call from reception in the middle of my 2nd night there claiming that my neighbours complaned about the loud TV from my room, when I was obviously sleeping. A moment later, heard them knocking on another room door instead.
Other than these, it was a nice, business-type hotel, within walking distance to many places.- 23-Dec-2008 What a breath of fresh air this hotel was! After wondering around mainland Greece for a week we got the opportunity to stay at Marin Dream Hotel in Heraklion, Crete and it was a dream.
The room was spotless and bright with updated facilties and a great view to the harbour and Venetian fortress. The perfect location in Heraklion. Everything you need is within 2-10 minutes walk. Restaurants, walking streets, transportation, laundry, shopping, museums.
We stayed here again on our last night in Crete and paid 20 Euros more than with [website] and still felt it was worth it.- 24-Oct-2007 |
