 My partner and i were very happy with the hotel, its staff, and the presentation of everything! We got an unreal rate, and we were upgraded, for whatever reason (i was not going to complain!).
We had a lovely breakfast buffet, and a cocktail in the pool bar in the evening.
The only criticism (and it's small!) is that the restaurant and bar shut at 9 - we went out for dinner, and would have loved to have a pre-bed drink, but got back to the hotel just after 9, so couldn't! And we don't know the area well enough to go for a walk to a nearby pub/hotel.- 02-Jul-2008 The room was average, it needed a make over as paint was falling of the furniture and the cleaners neglected to clean all areas of the room - lots of dust and dirt in the wardrobe tracks etc, this is only minor. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel position and facilities were excellent. The breakfast was great value. We would stay again for sure.- 23-Mar-2008 The hotel was offering a upgrade from a studio to a 1 bedroom apartment for no extra cost. When we arrived they upgraded us again to a 2 bedroom apartment for no extra cost and also provided breakfast for 4 people even though we had only booked and paid for 2 people.
