The hotel was excellent overall ... lots of space and helpful staff. The only downside was that the air conditioning unit in my suite was too noisy and the hotel swimming pool smaller than expected. - 20-Aug-2008 Unfortunately I was subject to bedbugs and had many lesions The hotel did change our room although not straight away.
They did fumigate the original room and apparently destroyed the soft furnishings.
As we were staying there for 3 weeks I did hope that we would be given a room with more light and a view but that was not the case.
I have stayed in the Saville Park Suites on a previos occasion and that stay was very good. On the whole I was very dissatisfied this time especially the parking fees of $12.50 per day. I will not stay there again.- 28-Nov-2006 The hotel is well located and the service is good it is located within walking distance to the mall and good resturants.- 18-Jun-2006 |
