 Our initial room in my mind was not as booked. The Motel upgraded for a modest fee to a standard that I had booked. Very helpfull office desk.- 05-Jan-2009 The welcome given by the reception staff was badly let down by the cleanliness standard of the room. The resort is set in a beautiful and relaxing situation just outside Port Douglas. A shuttle bus makes a regular run around the the hotels to Port Douglas- 08-Dec-2008 we had a great stay with mantra the only suggestion we had was that there were no facilities close to get food like a little shop or something like that apart from this we had a great stay with mantra and the service was outstanding a big thank you to Mickayla for looking after us, she was great :)
