 We had booked a double room - but were given an upgrade to a 1bed apartment with full kitchen and laundry- not sure how that came about - but it was nice - Very central hotel - plenty of close cafes etc for meals and cheap breakfasts.- 09-Oct-2009 Stayed in the 1 br apartment. Can't beat the location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.- 16-Apr-2009 It was the best location - right in the centre of The Esplanade and main hub of the city, and restaurants/cafes at our front door. Only struck 1 night staff member that was a little rude and couldn't be bothered to assist us. All the other staff were fantastic. Great facilities.
