We stayed there for three days. The hotel as well as the rooms were a bit worn down. They were refurbishing at the time, so a bit noisy. Except from that, friendly and efficient service, very good location and the breakfast buffet was good. - 06-Aug-2008 The location is great for Manhattan, right off of Sukhumvit road in Soi 15. Very convenient. Staff was helpful. Included buffet breakfast was good, but same menu every day, so that got a little boring, but still good. The Taxi Valet was not helpful; only caring about how to make money themselves for the hotel. When I asked about how to get to a certain place, they would not tell me where it was, but offered to take me there with a hotel taxi with their usual (high) service fee. This happened more than once. If I declined and needed a regular taxi, they would not even call a taxi for me. I had to get the taxi myself and haul my bags into the taxi myself. There is wireless internet access too, but on a prepaid account, which is standard for most budget hotels there. Besides that and the taxi valet, I liked the hotel very much for its very convenient location and convenient breakfast. I would stay here again when coming back to Bangkok!- 25-Jul-2007 The location is ok as it is on the aerial skytrain route. The area around Sukumvit Road is very busy if that is what you are looking for. The hotel is excellent. The breakfast buffet is excellent. I think the price is getting a bit high for Bangkok. It seems very busy so book ahead.- 25-Feb-2006 |
