 Rooms, spa and the staff are wonderfull..!! quality of the food is good however Breakfast is very overpriced, continental buffet (cold) and (hot = only during weekend..!!) are both very poor in assortment. Staff at the pool bar could be more enthoustiastic, and that whole area needs more atmosphere..! suggestion: play some music ??? beach is nice, but not cleaned every day..!- 31-May-2009 The Mandarin Oriental Hotel is an amazing luxury hotel where you can feel the excellence in the service and in the interior design. Everybody inside makes you feel important and special. Thanks, and I definitely will go back!- 05-May-2009 The hotel was amazing, the service was impeccable, our room did not have ocean view, but it was still amazing seeing the beautiful miami skyline and the miami river. This hotel was a great place to go for our 20th anniversary, well worth the money. Their restaurant Azul was simply perfect!. Just 5 minutes from Calle Ocho (actually it dead ends at the hotel), and 15 minutes from South Beach, close enough to enjoy the scene, and far enough away to relax.
