 Our stay in this hotel was first rate. Location was superb and satisfied all our requirements. We fully intend to book this hotel again on our next trip to the city of Paris.- 25-Feb-2008 Although the hotel has been renovated recently, the room was not so clean as expected. Much worse, we suffered the very bad smell of the paint in the room. We needed to open the window in the room for ventilation at night in winter!- 07-Dec-2007 i have been through italy and france for 1 month and this hotel has had the best beds to sleep in!!.
at the end of the street about 10 minutes is the louvre museum and its not that long to walk to the notre dame cathedral or the big ferris wheel near the eiffel tower.
When we were there Paris had a public transport strike so all the taxi's were a bit more expensive. we had asked to book the shuttle bus to the airport but reception had booked a more expensive taxi instead and blamed us for not making it clear that we wanted the shuttle. they were also very rude to us about this and we were not very impressed.
but overall it was a nice place to stay but because of the service my sister and i would probably choose somewhere else. - 26-Nov-2007 |
