 Reception staff were excellent. Very helpful in every way. The staff in the restaurant weren't as talkitive but perhaps they coudn't speak as good english but breakfast was great and good value.- 27-Jan-2008 The Reception staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. There is a grimy staff room behind the Reception desk that should be closed at all times because it gives a bad impression of the hotel facilities. The room itself is clean and comfortable. However the towels are grey and appear not to be too clean so I did not use them. - 06-Jan-2008 They should not advertise as 3 star because it does not merit this level by western standards. I would consider this as 1 star. Smell of sewage in the room because of the waste pipe, torn shower curtain, moldy bathroom tiles, dirty white towels, stained toilet seat, water does not drain from the shower properly, fuzzy TV reception, dirty windows, dirty patio, patio door not closing properly, cockroach in the room, dirty kitchen facility. I complained but they did not do anything to improve it. The only good about it are friendly staff - nothing else.- 05-Dec-2007 |
