 The hotel itself was of a very high quality and was kept very clean and the staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. The only problem with it was its location within one of the poorest parts of Naples, very close to the container docks. It was very difficult to get anywhere without using the car, as the hotel was a very long way from the nice parts of Naples (the Old Town and the Seafront near the passenger ferry docks). The area the hotel is situated in is obviously an up-and-coming area, as there is a lot of development going on around it. Safety inside the hotel was not an issue as it is within a secure compound with a large car park inside the gates, so don't worry too much about taking a car there - just watch out for the extra charge levied by the hotel for parking your car in there.- 30-Jul-2006 |
