 The staff were excellent and very friendly. The breakfast was the perfect way to prepare for a long day of sight seeing. The hotel is located close to several metro stations and Gare du Nord, which is great if your travelling on the Eurostar. By far one of the best hotels I have experienced.- 15-Oct-2007 Only one complain is when I asked for TAXI, it was booked from very far and I have to three times more than what I normaly pay from the hotel to the railway station. They should tell the customer that how the taxi will be charged so the customer will catch the taxi infront of the hotel instead booking the taxi from very far and paying much more. Please pass this message to hotel. - 30-Jul-2007 The hotel is very old. Definitely not a 3 staff more like a one star.We stayed in a triple room. It was extremely small. No room for luggage. There was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The lift was broken while we were there.The location was terrible, lots of homeless people and restaurants were poor.Too far out for sighseeing. The hotel staff were very helpful.
