 The rooms, though clean, are overdue refurbishment especially the bathrooms, furniture and not forgetting the beds which are past their use by date!
I was disappointed at the lack of room service, TV access (four channels only) and bare minumum tea/coffee making facilities. We opted only to have breakfast in the hotel, which was basic, nothing exciting. We chose not to eat evening meals there because I didn't trust the kitchen. To me, the public areas of the hotel were very presentable, the rooms weren't. It made me think that what you cannot see in the Four Seasons was a problem.
I would return, but the room rate would have to be substantially cheaper or the rooms significantly upgraded.- 01-Nov-2006 The hotel was good however all the facilities such as reception, swimming etc were centralised within a much larger complex this made the hotel feel a little ghost like.
