 The hotel is well situated for Chester, Liverpool and North Wales. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is well furnished and comfortable. I pointed out to them:
a) that the single bed duved was far too small
b) There was a cobweb hanging from a wall light in the conservatory which was still there two days later
c) the inside of the ice-bucket had some mould in it
