We arrived at this luxurious hotel early in the afternoon and were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a stunning sea view room. The colors, decor, and lighting were grand, creating a truly beautiful atmosphere. The balcony offered a breathtaking view of the sea, and we couldn't have asked for a more comfortable stay. The staff at the reception were lovely and charming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel's proximity to Patong Beach and Naughty Bangla Road was perfect for us, as we wanted to be close to both the beach and the vibrant nightlife of the area. Everything we needed, from halal food options to money exchanges and tour companies, was just a short walk away. Priya, one of the hotel staff, was extremely helpful in arranging all of our tours and providing us with valuable information. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for enhanced comfort and quality services.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in front of the beach. The room was comfortable and clean, and I loved having a balcony to relax on. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. They provided excellent room service and made sure all my needs were met. I also enjoyed the buffet breakfast, with its wide selection of delicious food. The hotel had a beautiful swimming pool where I could lounge and relax. this place provided a luxurious and comfortable experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, with modern and comfortable facilities. The hotel has three great restaurants and a lovely swimming area, perfect for lounging. The location was superb, right across from the beach and in the center of all the Patong action. It was close to clubs, shopping, and entertainment, while still offering a quiet night's sleep. The staff was friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff, including Poae, Tungpang, and Lim, were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome. The hotel's location was perfect, right next to all the action and only a short walk to the beach. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the well-maintained facilities. The breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. everything about our stay exceeded our expectations.

This place is located in a prime location, just a short walk away from the vibrant nightlife of Bangla Road and the beautiful Patong Beach. The hotel staff, especially Jill at the reception, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They arranged for early check-in and late check-out, making our stay even more convenient. The rooms in the newer wing were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed spending time at the well-maintained pools, where we often had them to ourselves. The gym was also well-equipped for those who like to stay active. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel's travel desk was helpful in organizing various activities.

The decor in some of the rooms was not as appealing, but we were lucky to be in the newer wing. We did experience some mosquitoes, so it's important to bring bug spray.
