My wife and I first stayed there three years ago, and liked the neighborhood (quiet, but easy access to public transportation), the friendly front desk staff, the included breakfast, and the hotel's maintenence. Last week, we found that everything continues to be first rate. Last week we stayed in room 306. It was perfect!
