 They didnt have a fitness area but it's close enough to the beach where you can run on the boardwalk. There were no shower curtains but it's okay since it is a hand held shower handle and the water from the tub trains to the floor (weird). I didn't stay in the room much but the time i did, it was okay. Not bad... i loved the location. - 09-Sep-2009 Very good location. We had 3 rooms one had been recently rennovated and was great the others were a little grotty. Very clean though.- 04-Aug-2009 The shower area does not have a shower curtain and the hotel did not supply the usual hair shampoo seen in other hotels in the area. The room came with slippers to keep you off of the carpet. Which was a great idea, the carpet is very dirty with cigarette burns noted on many surfaces.
Lord Beach staff were helpful and very courteous when I requested a room change from a handicapped room. The local area is a significant tourist attraction and many sites are within walking distance. Taxis and public transportation is inexpensive, but requires cash. Which can be hard to find. The hotel staff were not able to give a cash advance on a card. Other major hotels in the area were able to take care of this need. As is typical for a restaurant in a hotel the fares were pricey for the area; 8000 Won for a breakfast. - 03-Jan-2008 |
