Rooms
The hotel offer well furnished guestrooms that are in excellent condition and very well appointed in traditional style. They are small in size as much as the bathrooms, but the rooms are very comfortable and pleasant.
Restaurant
There is a sunny breakfast room with a vending machine with hot drinks and confectionery. Included in the rates there is a hot drink and a piece of confectionery at people's choice. In addition there are few Bars in the area.
General
This is a pretty guesthouse, which was previously part of the huge villa of the family. Excellent choice of accommodation for who prefers to feel the Venetian's day to day life.

 very nice place on the murano-island. For those who are looking for a peaceful staying, because in the evening, Murano gets empty. the hotel is very clean, with a nice terrace, the rooms are charming, with comfortable bathroom.- 09-Nov-2007 My wife and I stayed in this hotel for three nights.It was much cheaper than anything we could find in Venice and was very clean and modern looking.The breakfast was self service and a little basic but it was situated on the roof of the hotel so we were able to eat in the sun.Any of the staff we met were extremely friendly and all could speak English.As the hotel is on Murano you do have to get a bus to Venice.The buses are frequent i.e. you can get one that seems to take you all over Venice,the 41/42 or you can get the DM which just stops at 4-5 keys places such as the train station or the tranchetto car park.I would recommend the hotel and would stay there again- 01-Sep-2007 We had ground floor rooms which were well furnished and very comfortable. Guests on upper floors must be prepared to climb stairs with their luggage. Breakfast is prepacked croissants and coffee from a machine. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff helpful.
