 We got charged for a normal room and received a beautiful suite, lovely! The staff were wonderful and the location of the hotel perfect both for shopping and for sightseeing. A perfect stay.- 30-Jul-2005 The hotel has old fashioned but very comfortable rooms. It is situated one block off Avenue Libertade, two blocks from the start of the pedestrian walking street of the Baixa area and near the funicular to the Barrio Alto. So it is a perfect location. Very near the center but one block removed from the noise. The buffet breakfast is generous and the staff very accomodating. This is not a luxury hotel, but a very comfortable first class hotel.- 07-Apr-2005 |
