Clean towels every day.- 29-May-2007 Several problems with the room e.g. the bathroom door wouldn't close, the window wasn't sealed properly and the radiator wouldn't work. We weren't given any hand towels either. We also had a fire alarm in the middle of the night, which seemed to cause a lot of confusion amongst the staff as to what was actually going on and what the guests should do. Good location if you're going to an event in Earl's Court, but other than that I wouldn't recommend it.- 15-May-2007 Very pleasant reception staff and helpful. Rooms adequate and very clean.
