 I was very pleased with the service at the hotel and the convenience of booking the hotel. The rate was satisfactory.- 06-Mar-2007 I enjoyed my stay at the Liang An Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful although it was difficult to find staff-members who spoke/understood English.
The location of the Hotel was convenient to Shanghai railway station so its distance from the main tourist spots was not really a problem.- 03-Mar-2007 Located in Downtown Shanghai, the Liang An Hotel represents good value for money. The staff were very polite and helpful and many had good English skills. The hotel is very close to Shanghai Central Railway station, as well as a good range of restaurants and convenience stores, as well as local hawkers offering interesting and cheap food. In terms of facilites the hotel has breakfast dining (not tried), mini bar fridge and free broadband internet which is terrific. Special thanks go to the staff member from IT that helped solved the problem of internet accessbeing cut-off (it required changing rooms)
