 Nice and roomy hotel especially by HK standards. Great views from many rooms. The only problems are that it is a decent train ride from most attractions and while it will probably mature into a good hotel the staff and information available about the hotel's facilities leave a lot to be desired. Good value for your dollar though.- 10-Jan-2009 The front desk staff are not friendly and did not give us a good impression when we checked in.
Room is great and the view from room was impressive, but the toilet choked on the last day of our stay.
The Concierge was great though and effient in their service.
5Star hotel but the main lobby does not have any toilets.- 30-Dec-2008 This is my first stay at the hotel. I was very pleased with the cleanliness and size of the room. The price was very good and it was only a few minutes to the Tsuen Wan West station. Unfortunately the pool and gym was not open yet.- 04-Jun-2008 |
