 the hotel is located in calm nice area away from the hubub localities at the same time closer to the central area with in few minutes of walking or confortable local transport. the best part of the location is to reach airport in a nice confortable local bus from the starting point in the vicinity of the hotel.
the pricing could be a little better for the tourist. the facilities and services are good for the money.- 11-Aug-2008 I could give some more or maybe some less points, but i prefer to share my experience.
Becarfull when the receptionist is giving yopu a room. The hotel has the renovated area tha is really nice Block è and the rest of the Hotel thats its not for sure 5 star.
In our case and as soon as we booked a suite he tried to give us a junior suite in the non renovated area which had no connection with the suite we got after complaining.
Enjoy- 08-Nov-2007 The problems are the follows:
1)the cleaning about the room (beside the back of the bed there were a piece of condom's box
2)the bad smell of the room (old carpet and curtain)
3)All the night long I could hearing the water tappping in the conditionating system
5)Internet line connection was not available (in the bedroom - with my PC and in the internet room - with the Hotel's PC)
6)I 've been charged in the invoice, about 2 TV expenses, 1 film and the second one actually I do not know! The only channel I saw was the news on the RAI (italian channel). They told me that RAI is not free (6 euro), even if it is included in the cable! ??
About the film : they charged me a film on the night before my departure and went out all the night, so I was not in my room! How can be possible?? Overall haow can be possible I have to justify I was not there, whene they could verify by their PC?
