The hotel looks great but needs to work on their customer service. On arrival I was told my room was not ready. Then I was then told the room I had booked was not available and that I'd have to change rooms after the first night and stay in a different foom for the two subsequent nights. Another problem is the hotels location, across the road from a nightclub with no apparent sound-proofing. Consequently I didn't sleep on the first night. - 11-May-2008 very impressed with the hotel (very new & modern). beds were a bit too firm and they needed to provide a few more amenities such as extra pillows, extra sachets of tea & coffee, milk and some detergent & a sponge for the dishes (had a small kitchenette which was great) but nothing to wash up with. bathroom was awesome. Overall would definitely stay there again.- 20-Mar-2008 The hotel had very small rooms with too much furniture in them. It was difficult to move around the room.
As it was listed as an apartment the facilities were very poor. If you were expecting to stay a few days and cook you would be dissappionted.
All hotel room should have atleast 2 wine glasses. - 04-Mar-2008 |
