 The rooms were extremely overheated, with the windows being nailed closed. However when we complained we were moved rooms- 06-Nov-2006 This is an excellent hotel with fantastic service. The location is right across the street from the Red Square. What a view, and What a breakfast!!! I stayed in one of the cheaper rooms, but it was still elegant and quite comfortable. Do yourself a favor and stay at this hotel. You'll be glad you did from the moment you check in, until it comes time to check out.- 15-Sep-2005 Excellent service and facilities.
