 The hotel was clean, and although the room could not have been any smaller, all facilities were there. I have nevr encountered staff that approachable and that nice in any other hotel! This makes a huge difference, because it is very easy to ask on the reception where to eat and what to do at night. I had a room to the back, and it was fairly quiet. I could hear the lift, but there was no general annoying sound (IBIS St Denis had an annoying vibration in the room). The lift was not very loud. Overall: I enjoyed the hotel and would come back! - 22-Apr-2008 Staff were extremely helpful, location was excellent. Rooms are small but very clean.
