 1. SWIMMING POOL - It is surprised that there is NO swimming pool facility in this ranked 5 star hotel.
2. PHONE CALL CHARGES - The hotel billed me 14 minutes for a long distance call to Berkeley CA the day before whereas I only called for 53 seconds. I questioned about the time but the staff told me the time was captured by system which should be correct. The person I called at his mobile arrived at hotel that afternoon and was able to show the call record... 53 seconds. Though the hotel aplogized and waived the call charges, I was not happy for such a mistake made by the so-called 5 star hotel's computer system.
