 My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights and overall the hotel is good except for the location. Too far from the main street (unless u r there for clubbing)and the hotel tuk tuk was out of order so we either walked or took a cab back to the hotel from the main street. Another BAD thing that we encountered was the aircon leakage. It was flowing like a waterfall in our room. I nearly slip and knock myself against the toilet glass door. My advise to the management is that they shld maintain the hotel up to date as it is managed by the ACCOR group. - 02-Apr-2008 We were very pleased with our stay at Le Fenix, but I think it should be mentioned that only 12 rooms offer a big window. (other rooms have a tiny window on the corner of the room, a little suffocating I must say...) For the rate, the location is great for the party goers, as 2 populars and trendy clubs are right across the street. The hotel roof top is great for a cocktail away from the crowd !- 06-Mar-2008 Good clean hotel with friendly staff. Alot of building work in Soi 11 at the moment which makes the soi dirty and noisy, but that shouldn't last forever. The hotel itself is fairly quiet and the staff friendly. If getting a taxi back to the airport make sure that they use the meter. Many around there will not. In my opion the staff at the hotel shouldn,t let them stop there if they won't use the meter, but apart from that I highly recomend the hotel.- 04-Nov-2007 |
