Could not find anything to complain about, maybe they need to look at there internet charges, but so do all hotels! (five minutes walk you can use the internet for $2 p/h) The walk into Aukland at night from the hotel is a little risky for a female on her own. This hotel has some nice little touches, I would reccommend it, and the restaurants are excellent. - 16-May-2008 We would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Although the hotel is some distance from the centre of Auckland the shuttle bus runs frequently and is driven by extremely pleasant and charming staff. We were enormously impressed with the quality of service from all personnel. The food was excellent in the main. The room we occupied was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The housekeeping staff do a wonderful job. Our stay was a very positive experience.- 07-Feb-2007 The cleanest hotel we have stayed in yet. Furnishings and interior just lovely. Attentive and efficient service.
Only negative is the hassle with the instructions for concession parking at the hotel -I suggest a brief explanatory memo or handout issued when front desk validate one's ticket.- 11-Jul-2006 |
