 Traditional hotel with very helpful staff.Rooms very clean and spacious with lovely compfy beds!.Restaurant looked a bit over the top...not sure about those Palm Trees!. Visited the spa which is nice if not a bit small.Changing rooms very oddly laid out making it very difficult to access lockers etc if there are a few people there at once.Facilities are good however, there are not enough beds for relaxing by the pool.Lunch at the Spa was nice but we had to wait over an hour to get it which meant eating very close to treatment times.Real big downside to the spa was that even though I booked 4 rooms at the hotel they still made me pay £10 to use the pool etc as I had not booked a treatment which made me feel a bit ripped off.Overall a very nice stay just a shame that they make certain extras so expensive.If you want a cuppa first thing you'll have to order from room service and pay £5!
