The location was perfect for our New Year's trip, with easy access to central London. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we particularly loved the comfortable bed. the service provided by the hotel was excellent.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the check-in process was quite slow and clunky, which was a bit frustrating.

A Warm Welcome

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with a warm welcome and exceptional service. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff immediately whisked away our luggage to our room. The room itself was fantastic, with Molton Brown products in the bathroom and even a specially set up cot for our son, complete with baby products and a cute rubber duck.

Smooth check-in, spacious room with comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff, delicious buffet breakfast, convenient location near attractions and Lord's Cricket ground.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was very large and exceptionally clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the elegant atmosphere and the small birthday cake they surprised us with for my husband's 60th birthday. The breakfast had plenty of choices and the atrium where it was served was spectacular. The hotel's location next to the Marylebone main line station and underground was very convenient, making transportation around the city easy.

Almost perfect. Staff could have been more attentive and the hotel could have been more up-to-date in terms of features and technology.

We had an amazing stay at The Landmark London. The staff, hotel, and location were fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay extra special. The hotel itself was beautiful, with spacious rooms and lovely decoration. The breakfast was epic, with attentive staff and delicious food. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, especially the hot tub. a great experience.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities, including the spa, pool, and sauna, were top-notch. The breakfast spread was superb, with a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive, taking care of all my needs. The location was perfect, with easy access to Knightsbridge, Belgravia, and Covent Gardens, where I have stayed before back in Sydney. Additionally, the hotel was directly opposite Marylebone Station, making transportation a breeze.

Everything is what I need and want.

The room size was pleasantly spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hotel had a convenient location, close to key attractions and transportation. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service, making our stay enjoyable.

The TV was of an old model, unable to display high-resolution content or access certain channels. The air conditioning was also inadequate, frequently failing to cool the room effectively.

We stayed in a hotel in London which was located right across the road from a tube station making it very convenient to get around the city. The Winter garden was a lovely place to relax with beautiful surroundings. The SPA center was immaculate with lovely amenities. Our room was large and well-appointed with a beautiful view of Marylebone railway station. The bathroom was sparkling clean and had all the toiletries we needed. Breakfast had a great selection of food and everything was very tasty. The service provided by the staff was exceptional and very welcoming.

The hotel didn’t offer nespresso machines in the room like other hotels in this category usually do.

We definitely got great value for our money with a spacious room for our family of four. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel very welcome. The location was superb, right next to the Marylebone underground and train station, but surprisingly quiet. The historical building added to the charm of our stay.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if there was a wider selection of options.

Excellent location right in front of Marylebone Station and a short walk to Baker Street. Convenient to get around. Lovely, old-fashioned room. Kids loved the breakfast buffet in the Winter Garden.

Felt like a VIP, no reason to complain.
