General

 The hotel wall hangings were a little strange especially with the artificial acrylic carpets on the wall. Hand made carpets would be more appropriate.
The couches were not comfortable being solid pine and no rugs on the floor make the floor cold and not so comfortable - 20-Feb-2008 The hotel and surrounding grounds were beautiful and just what you need to relax in the far north. A bit out of town but not that much to worry about. Local bus ran every 15 min.- 17-Feb-2006 Most of the hotel staffs are quite friendly to their customers.
House keepers, pest controler and other hotel staff we met on the way to reception from our apartment.
However, there are two reception staffs ( female) are quite impatient to answer customer's enquires. Although they talk back to you but they shows no will to help you when you enquire some of the hotel information/service. (eg. airport transfer, DVD player)
If you did not speak English fluently, you better choose other accommadation such as Southern cross atrium hotel, The International or Queens Court etc...
Or you might ruin your happy mood of holiday with some kind of unconfortable feelings get from these two staffs
P.S. Do not bring DVD or VCD since there is no DVD or VCD player in the hotel room (Although they say they have on the website).
