 Hotel situated in large pedestrian only area and therefore there is NO CAR PARK anywhere near - not good for anyone unable to transport their luggage. Nearest car park costs 18 Euros per day! No English spoken or understood in hotel. Otherwise hotel is in a wonderful position for exploring the city.- 01-Jul-2009 This place is a great little gem in Avila - close to everything. The staff was excellent, and the room was fantastic. I highly recommend it. I have only one issue, and should have brought it to the attention of the hotel. Since the area's weather became very cold the second day I was there, the hotel decided to increase the hotel's temperature. I had an extremely uncomfortable night because of the heat, and had to open my window. The room I had must have been above the furnace since all of my heaters were turned off and the floor was nice and warm.- 12-Jan-2009 Very clean and convenient. Excellent value for money.
